Theories anyone?

So,

We have the general premise of the show, we now know who's been cast in what role, but now comes the time for speculation:

Any theories or thoughts on the show? Given what you know, do you think that Stargate Universe will hold the same appeal as the other series in the franchise or do you see it being the end of the franchise as a whole?
